The app keeps saying I already registered an account on this device id

Plearny has a rule that allows users to have only one account per device for security reasons.
You can choose to delete the existing account from this device and sign in with your account instead. However, the data from the previous account will be deleted from the device.

4. Hold the camera steady and don’t let any light reflect on it. 
5. If you wear glasses, try removing them for the face check. 
6. Don’t smile or make funny faces while the face check is happening.

If you are getting the “Invalid email address” error while attempting to cash out, it means that the email address provided is in an incorrect format.
